In a match between two supremely fit players, Malhotra
seemed to possess a wider range of strokes, but the tenacious Jangra hung on
to finally win a five games at 9-11, 11-3, 11-0.
Former National champion Manish Chotrani trounced
promising youngster Siddharth Samantray 11-2, 11-3, 11-0.
In the other two matches, Supreet Singh scored over
Rohan Gracious 11-6, 11-8, 11-4, while Vikas Jangra dropped a game before
beating Rohan Gracious 11-3, 11-5, 9-11, 11-5.

Indian Express , Mumbai : 9/4/ 2006)
In the second league match of the Top-8
ISP-Championship, championship, Supreet Singh showed his class to outplay
Vikas Jangra.
Overcoming a two-game deficit, the 22-year-old Supreet,
who also plays on the professionals squash Association (PSA) circuit, won
7-11, 6-11, 11-9, 11-8, 11-8.
Meanwhile, former National champion Manish Chotrani
scored an easy was expected to be given a tough fight by Sandeep, but the
youngster hardly troubles the canny Chotrani, who won with ease.
The talking point of the day was Supreet’s comeback win
over Jangra. After having won the first two games on a canter, one hardly
expected Jangra to let the initiative slip. But Supreet turned the tide,
hustling Jangra and not giving him space to go for winners.
